Regional and international dishes are offered by the hotel’s kitchen under the guidance of head chef Wolf Werner. The trained chef gained experience in a number of prestigious hotels and not only produces delicious classic recipes but also tasty trendy dishes as well as vegetarian and vegan food and also specially caters for fat-burning and diabetic diets. The varied menu is regularly supplemented by speciality menus with seasonal dishes such as game recipes in the autumn.
The hotel’s kitchen only uses fresh produce, if possible from local farmers. We naturally do not use any industrial convenience products in our food preparation.
For our wines, we rely on select produce from the Mittelhaardt region and the beers also come from Palatinate breweries.
Our restaurant accommodates 110 guests and there is space for a further 35 on the garden terrace surrounded by trees and bushes.
Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 5 p.m.
